join us at ocotillo spa this summer for a morning of women´s wellness
with busy schedules, kids at our feet, and constant digital noise, its hard as women to take time for ourselves.
that´s why I decided to start summer Fridays, an opportunity to take time for yourself, connect with other like-minded women and relax.
we start with grounding yoga by the pool,
followed by our wood fired sauna, cedar cold plunge, and a poolside unwind.
