How to turn your shower into your own personal spa with this one simple trick

Just recently, my fam and I started taking little weekly family trips to the farmers market. Something we used to do when we lived in Venice, but for some reason since moving to Long Beach we stopped going. The past few Sundays we’ve gone, and I can’t tell you how much we’ve all enjoyed this little outing again. This past week, one of the florists sold me a bundle of fresh eucalyptus, and as I walked away, she asked me if it was for my shower. Hmm, for my shower? Oh yeah, I’d seen this before in pinterest worthy bathrooms, but I’d never tried it. She said to hang a bundle from my shower head, and every time I get in the shower to give it a little “juge”. Well, I tried it, and I have to say this might be my favorite and easiest new self-care ritual.

MATERIALS:

8-10 Branches of Fresh Eucalyptus

Scissors

String

- I bought my Eucalyptus from my local farmers market, but I think you could get it at a specialty grocery store as well.

Simply cut the string, tie a bundle, and hang it upside down in your shower, and BAM! Instant Spa Vibes!

Every time you get in the shower, just give it a little “juge” and let the aroma of fresh eucalyptus fill your shower.

I swear this is my new weekly ritual. Your spa bundle should a little over a week.

Enjoy!
