Meet my Favorite Mattress

When I was pregnant, we decided it was time to invest in a new mattress.  

Casper had just come out, and we heard great things, but were pretty skeptical about an unknown brand, and one that came out of a box.  

So we started the painful process of going to awful mattress store after awful mattress store, withincredibly pushy and aggressive salesmen.

We ended up going with a well-known brand, I believe it was a Sealy, because it was big purchase for us, and that seemed like the safe choice.

However, the mattress we purchased was awful!!! Immediately after receiving our mattress, my back pain began.

I thought it was just normal pregnancy back problems, but 5 months in to my pregnancy, i could hardly walk. Some days, I could hardly walk from the couch to the kitchen.

Postpartum, the problems continued, with my legs going numb in the night, shooting back pain and more.

Two years postpartum, it finally occurred to me that maybe it wasn't me, maybe it was our mattress. So i put our Sealy mattress up on Offer-Up and sold it.

I bought a Casper, and let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made.

It's the perfect combo of firm support with the right amount of cushion. I mean it’s beyond comfortable!
